Chartered Accountant

To support the Finance & Accounts function by handling accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, and financial reporting activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Financial Reporting

• Maintain books of accounts, including journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations.
  
• Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  
• Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
  
• Support accounts payable and receivable processes.
  

Taxation & Statutory Compliance

• Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
  
• Assist in computation of direct and indirect taxes.
  
• Ensure timely statutory payments and filings.
  
• Support compliance with Companies Act and other regulatory requirements.
  

Audit & Internal Controls

• Assist in internal, statutory, and tax audits.
  
• Prepare audit schedules and respond to audit queries.
  
• Support documentation of processes, controls, and SOPs.
  

MIS, Budgeting & Analysis

• Prepare MIS reports and financial summaries.
  
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  
• Support cost control and financial planning activities.
  

Coordination & Support

• Coordinate with internal departments for financial data.
  
• Liaise with auditors, consultants, banks, and tax authorities as required.
  
• Perform other finance-related duties as assigned.
  

Qualifications & Experience:

• Qualified

  Chartered Accountant (CA)

• Experience:

  Fresher to 1-year post-qualification or relevant experience.
• Articleship experience in accounting, audit, or taxation preferred.
  

Skills & Competencies:

• Sound knowledge of accounting standards and taxation laws.
  
• Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliances.
  
• Proficiency in MS Excel; experience with ERP systems (Tally / SAP / Oracle) is an advantage.
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
  
• Ability to work under deadlines with accuracy.
