Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee day-to-day financial accounting and bookkeeping activities.

- Ensure accurate preparation and maintenance of financial records and statements.

- Handle GST and Income Tax compliance, filings, reconciliations, and related documentation.

- Manage TDS/TCS compliance, including calculations, payments, returns, and reconciliations.

- Coordinate and support statutory and internal audits.

- Ensure timely compliance with applicable financial and regulatory requirements.

- Prepare and analyze MIS reports for management decision-making.

- Monitor and manage cash flow, working capital, receivables, and payables.

- Conduct financial analysis and provide insights on business performance.

- Establish, review, and strengthen internal financial controls and processes.

- Identify financial risks and recommend appropriate corrective measures.

- Review financial transactions and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, tax authorities, and other external stakeholders as required.

- Provide financial insights and recommendations to the management team.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Financial Accounting and Reporting.

- In-depth understanding of GST and Income Tax.

- Strong knowledge of TDS/TCS compliance and taxation.

- Experience in Statutory and Internal Audit.

- Strong MIS Reporting and Financial Analysis skills.

- Strong understanding of Cash Flow and Working Capital Management.

- Good knowledge of Internal Controls and Risk Management.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.

- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

- High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).

- Minimum 3 years of relevant post-qualification experience.

- Prior experience in a corporate/technology organization will be an added advantage.
