Key Responsibilities: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Collection Executives specialized in Finance and banking to ensure targets and performance goals are consistently met. Handle both inbound and outbound collection calls to resolve issues related to debts from customers across the domestic market. Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, and provide tailored solutions to resolve issues efficiently. Track and analyze team performance, providing guidance and support for improvement.
