We are looking for Collection Executives (Domestic Voice) 📍 Location: Kakkanad, Cochin Join Charter's expanding team as a Domestic Collection Executive. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls within India and support customers in resolving debt-related issues. Job Responsibilities: Manage inbound and outbound domestic collection calls in a timely manner. Communicate effectively with customers in their preferred regional language (Tamil / Telugu / Hindi / Malayalam). Identify customer’s needs, clarify information, and provide suitable solutions. Record details of conversations and transactions in the database. Escalate priority issues as required. Attend client briefings, meetings, and training sessions. Qualifications & Requirements: Proficiency in regional languages (Tamil / Telugu / Hindi / Malayalam). Strong communication, listening, and negotiation skills. Ability to multitask, set priorities, and manage work efficiently. Basic computer knowledge. Willingness to work in rotational shifts. 0 – 1 year of experience in customer service/collections preferred. Salary: Negotiable (₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month) Additional Benefits: Cab facility (Pick-up and drop) within Cochin city limits. Health insurance after completion of 1 year of service.
