Role Overview: As a Statutory Auditor in the Real Estate industry, you will be responsible for conducting statutory audits to ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations. With a minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience as a Chartered Accountant, including mandatory experience in Real Estate, you will bring hands-on knowledge of RERA (Real Estate Regulation and Development Act) compliance and audit procedures. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure timely and accurate filing of all statutory returns - Monitor and audit RERA-related documentation, processes, and financial disclosures - Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors to manage audits effectively - Prepare financial statements in accordance with Ind AS / IFRS - Review project-wise accounting, revenue recognition, and cost tracking - Ensure adherence to internal controls while recommending improvements Qualification Required: - Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience as a Chartered Accountant - Mandatory experience in Real Estate sector - Hands-on knowledge of RERA compliance and audit procedures Additional Details: The salary for this position will be as per industry standards and based on your experience and expertise.
