Charity Fundraiser

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals.
• Going on field approaching donors and raising funds
• Identify and research potential donors, including individuals, corporations, and foundations.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective donors through personalized communication and engagement.
• Organize and manage fundraising events, campaigns, and initiatives, ensuring their success from start to finish.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align fundraising efforts with organizational goals.
• Track and analyze fundraising data, providing regular updates and insights to improve performance.
• Stay updated on fundraising trends, tools, and opportunities to drive innovation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, nonprofit management, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Proven experience in fundraising, sales, or a similar role with demonstrated success in meeting targets.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and engage stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
