Source Business from market through both DSA and Direct channel of CF to Retail, APF, Pre-Approved, and Internal channel Key Responsibilities Source Business from and give service to DSA and other Direct Channels Ensure wrong sourcing does not happen On-boarding of DSA and other Direct channels Ensure Mis-selling does not happen Ensure correct sourcing for both channels and customers Conduct Underwriting upto 1 crore Empanelment of DSA's Relationship management with channel partners through regular visits, trainings etc Review of the proposal / profiles for CAM ,documentation, legal, technical, financial statements Personal discussion with the customer and preparation of the PD note Preparation of a proposal note along with CAM and PD Approval or recommending proposal ( based on authority matrix) Achieve business numbers with expected IRR, fees and cross sell Delinquency analysis and intervention in 0-30 dpd cases Completion of loan documentation Knowledge / Experience Basic understanding of Self-employed customers financials Knowledge of Loan eligibility for customers Basic knowledge of Documentation Basic knowledge of Property Legal and Technical Basic knowledge of Regulatory norms Educational Qualifications MBA or Equivalant
