Job Description

Sales Growth & Market Expansion

Drive sales and expand market share for TMT steel products across assigned territories.

Dealer/Distributor Network Management

Build, manage, and strengthen dealer and distributor networks to ensure consistent product availability and sales performance.

New Business Development

Identify and develop new business opportunities by targeting potential clients and markets.

Market Strategy Execution

Implement effective market penetration strategies to boost brand presence and product reach.

Promotional Activities

Organize and execute trade promotions, campaigns, and local marketing initiatives to increase product visibility.

Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Sales Target Achievement

Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets through structured planning and execution.

Required Candidate Profile

Minimum 8 years of experience in TMT, Cement, Paints, or Tiles industry.
Proven track record in dealer/distributor network expansion and sales target achievement.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Strong knowledge of the TMT steel market.
