As a Pre-Sales Executive, your primary responsibilities will include conducting RFP searches, preparing and documenting RFP responses, searching for tenders, preparing tender reports, and presenting them effectively. Additionally, you should have hands-on experience with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to carry out these tasks efficiently. Your role will also involve preparing pre-bid queries, attending meetings, and reviewing pricing practices to ensure alignment with industry standards. It is essential to identify potential clients, develop strong relationships with them, and create proposals that clearly communicate the benefits of our products or services to secure contracts or agreements. Collaborating with customers or clients to understand their requirements and devise tailored sales strategies will be a key aspect of your job. You will need to analyze customer needs and adapt our products or services to meet their specific requirements effectively. This position is full-time and permanent, ideal for freshers looking to kickstart their career.
