Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for ensuring each and every Change is recorded and approved before implementation. You will categorize Changes and ensure they are approved based on the defined Process according to the Change category - Standard, Normal, Expedited, Emergency. Additionally, you will convene and chair CAB meetings, circulate the MOM of the CABs, and ensure that no Unauthorized change is implemented that may potentially impact the Production. You will also be accountable for conducting Periodical audits as per Wipro and Customer process and closing the Audit-gaps within the agreed timelines. Reporting the Management on the agreed Change KPIs and ensuring effective change communication is in place will be part of your responsibilities. Moreover, you will ensure Change implementation is done as per the Implementation Plan with no manual errors by setting up 4-eye review for each of the Changes. Assigning Risk to each Change and ensuring Wipro and Customer Processes are followed in case of High-risk / High-impact Changes will be crucial. Conducting Post Implementation Reviews, validating the change status against the defined Change success criterion, and bringing in Service improvements to enhance the overall Process maturity will also be key tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure each Change is recorded and approved before implementation - Categorize Changes and ensure they are approved based on the defined Process - Convene and chair CAB meetings, circulate the MOM of the CABs - Prevent Unauthorized changes that may impact Production - Conduct Periodical audits and close Audit-gaps within agreed timelines - Report Management on Change KPIs and ensure effective change communication - Implement Changes as per the Plan with no manual errors - Assign Risk to Changes and follow Processes for High-risk / High-impact Changes - Conduct Post Implementation Reviews and validate change status - Bring in Service improvements for Process maturity Qualification Required: - 8-10 years of ITSM experience in Change and other processes - ITIL V3 / 2011 Foundation or Intermediate certification - Capable of collaborating with Multiple Technical towers, facing Customers, and coordinating with Vendors - Effective Communication skills Note: Mandatory Skills include ITIL Change Mgmt.
