Change Management Planning

Tasks

• Conduct thorough studies on Change Requests (CRs), verify the content of KEM releases, and clarify any additions or deletions to ensure accuracy and alignment with project requirements.
• Develop implementation plan for change request and align with relevant stakeholders.
• Track implmentation plan and report status; Resolve abnormalities within decision thresold; Escalate abnormalties / deviation in appropriate forum / stakeholder for resolution / decision.
• Develop detailed tryout plans and confirm orders for necessary components, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned with the trial schedule.
• Track and resolve any open points related to tryouts or parts, ensuring that all issues are addressed before full-scale implementation.
• Manage the ramp-up and ramp-down of parts including blocking of obsolete parts ensuring that series production is supported with the necessary components and resources.
• Lead global change management initiatives, ensuring that changes are implemented consistently across all relevant markets and regions.
• Manage the communication of order cutoffs during series implementation, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned with the transition plan.
• Circulate implementation plans (N, N+1), manage Planning KEM activities, and address ageing cases, ensuring adherence to project timelines.
• Coordinate supplier-end changes and ensure RA KTO coordination, including obtaining Part Submission Warrant (PSW) and PPAP confirmations.
• Document lessons learned and apply the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) methodology for continuous improvement in change implementation processes.
