Key Responsibilities: Support Change Communications : Assist in the design and execution of communication plans that align with transformational change initiatives, ensuring all messages are clear, relevant, and tailored to various audiences. Content Creation: Help develop and deliver communication materials such as emails, presentations, FAQs, newsletters, and updates to guide employees through organizational changes. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with change management teams, key stakeholders, and the business to understand the scope and objectives of change initiatives and create communication strategies that support these goals. Drive Employee Engagement: Help create content and initiatives that keep employees informed, motivated, and connected during periods of change.
