As a Communications Lead at our leading global technology research and advisory firm, you will play a crucial role in guiding the assessment, strategy, planning, and material development for a significant client transformation impacting people, processes, and technology across thousands of end users globally. Working remotely with the flexibility to travel on-site when necessary, you will collaborate with various teams to ensure effective communication tailored to different stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include advising the client on change communication best practices for an enterprise-wide Workday implementation, developing targeted communications for each impacted stakeholder group, and recommending creative communication solutions using established channels. You will be the single point of contact for all communication-related activities and will translate key deliverables into reusable tools and templates for future engagements. To excel in this role, you must have previous experience as a Communication Lead for a Workday implementation project or similar ERP system. Your expertise in developing communications for technology, process, and culture transformations, as well as implementing change communications best practices for large-scale transformations, will be essential. Advanced design skills and the ability to engage key stakeholders and business leaders through tailored communication are required. As an ideal candidate, you will possess a graduate degree in the field of Communications and have at least fifteen years of professional communication experience, including seven years of consulting or professional services experience. Proven skills in project and time management, as well as the ability to facilitate effective meetings and working sessions, will be valuable assets in this role. Additionally, familiarity with the ADKAR change management methodology and Workday ERP experience are preferred qualifications.
