About the Role: We are seeking a polite, organized, and customer-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to manage daily office operations at our driving school. You will be the first point of contact for walk-in customers, phone inquiries, and coordination between students and instructors. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist walk-in customers and answer phone calls Provide information about driving courses, license process, and schedule Register new students and manage lesson bookings Coordinate instructor schedules and student pickups Maintain records, receipts, and student files. Handle basic administrative tasks and support day-to-day office needs Follow up with students for pending payments or documentation Requirements: Good communication skills in English, Kannada, and Hindi Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp, email, etc.) Need to know how to fill out applications to support customers Prior experience in reception, office admin, or customer service preferred Professional attitude and punctuality Minimum education: PUC / 12th Pass or higher Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM 6 days a week(Sunday is off) Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person
