Key Responsibilities Visual Merchandising & Display Design and implement jewellery display layouts for windows, showcases, counters, and special feature areas. Arrange gold, pearl, diamond, and silver jewellery to highlight new arrivals, collections, and promotional items. Maintain balance between aesthetics and accessibility for customers and staff. Ensure displays reflect the brands elegance and are changed periodically (seasonal themes, festivals, new launches). Inventory & Coordination Track movement of display items and maintain a record of jewellery used for showcase vs. stock. Work with the sales team and showroom manager to identify fast-moving and high-value products for prime display space. Liaise with head office for brand guidelines, new d©cor materials, and display approvals. Promotions & Campaigns Support product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional offers by creating impactful displays. Prepare visual merchandising plans for new collections or pop-up counters. Maintenance & Compliance Inspect showcases daily to ensure neatness, proper lighting, and secure locking. Follow security norms for handling and placing high-value items. Qualifications & Skills Graduate/Diploma in Visual Merchandising, Retail Management, Interior Design, or related field (preferred). 1-2 years experience in jewellery / luxury / fashion retail visual merchandising. Creative eye for design, color, and layout. Good understanding of jewellery types, trends, and customer appeal. Proficiency in MS Office and (optional) design tools like Photoshop/CorelDRAW. Attention to detail, organization, and ability to work within deadlines. Attributes Highly creative yet practical about space and security limitations.
