Key ResponsibilitiesLead Handling & Counseling Call, WhatsApp, email, and meet prospective students/parents; understand goals and recommend suitable MBA specializations. Explain eligibility, fee structure, scholarships, hostel, placements, and ROI with clarity and empathy. Application & Conversion Assist with forms, document checks, entrance tests (CAT/MAT/CMAT/ATMA/State CET), and GD/PI scheduling. Nurture leads via structured follow-ups; close offers within defined SLAs. Events & Outreach Support education fairs, campus tours, webinars, and corporate/college outreach drives. Coordinate GD/PI days and info sessions with faculty and placement teams. CRM & Reporting Maintain 100% accurate records in the CRM (lead stage, notes, next action). Share daily/weekly dashboards: leads, show-ups, offers, conversions, fee status. Brand & Student Experience Represent the institution professionally across calls, social DMs, and walk-ins. Gather feedback to improve FAQs, scripts, and content. Must-Have QualificationsBachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred). 1–5 years in admissions/counseling/ed-sales/inside sales (MBA/PGDM segment a plus). Strong communication in English + [local language]; confident on phone & in person. Hands-on with CRM/Excel/Google Sheets; disciplined follow-ups.
