Role Purpose: Oversee the day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms (Amazon, eBay, Walmart, own website) to ensure accurate listings, pricing, and order fulfillment. Key Responsibilities: Manage product listings: titles, descriptions, images, pricing. Coordinate with fulfillment teams for smooth order processing and timely shipping. Optimize product pages for SEO and conversion. Run promotions, deals, and price adjustments. Monitor marketplace KPIs (buy box %, seller rating, etc.). Track inventory levels and coordinate replenishment. Resolve customer escalations related to orders and returns. Key Result Areas (KRAs): Ensure 100% product listing accuracy across platforms. Maintain account health: no late shipment, low defect rate. Improve buy box -Amazon/Walmart) Meet monthly sales targets per platform. On-time order fulfillment rate: 99% or above. Reduction in return rate or negative feedback Timely stock updates to avoid overselling/stockouts. Who Can Apply: 2–4 years of experience managing product listings, pricing, and operations on Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and Shopify/WooCommerce. Proven expertise in optimizing product pages with SEO-driven content, competitive pricing, and conversion-focused strategies. Hands-on experience with listing tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, CedCommerce, or similar. Strong understanding of Buy Box strategies, FBA/FBM processes, account health metrics, and marketplace compliance. Ability to analyze performance metrics (traffic, sales, returns, etc.) and implement data-driven improvements. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple SKUs, categories, and channels simultaneously. Experience in handling seasonal promotions, deals, and cross-platform campaigns.
