Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers. Provide information regarding the company’s products/services in a clear and professional manner. Answer customer queries and provide appropriate solutions. Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system. Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing accurate information. Assist in follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and continued engagement. Maintain a friendly and approachable demeanor on calls.
