Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled Chairperson to lead our Fortis National Mental Health Program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mental health and a passion for making a positive impact on the lives of millions.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive mental health strategies to promote awareness, prevention, and treatment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver evidence-based interventions.
Provide leadership and guidance to junior staff members to ensure successful program implementation.
Foster partnerships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, community leaders, and educational institutions.

Job Requirements

Minimum 10 years of experience in mental health, preferably in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of mental health principles, policies, and practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Experience working with diverse populations, including those from different cultural backgrounds and socioeconomic statuses.
