Job Title: Category Manager Desi Drinks (Milk/Chaach) Location: Nagpur Experience: 6 to 8 Years Industry: FMCG / Food Processing Department: Marketing / Brand Management Education: MBA/PGDM in Marketing (Full-Time) Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Category Manager Desi Drinks (Milk/Chaach) to lead innovation and marketing strategies for our traditional beverages portfolio. Key Responsibilities: Lead category growth for traditional Indian drinks like milk, chaach, lassi , etc. Identify consumer trends and white space opportunities through market research. Collaborate with creative, e-commerce, R&D, and sales teams for end-to-end marketing execution. Manage digital campaigns, content creation, and catalogue planning for online sales. Drive new product launches from concept to shelf with cross-functional teams. Ensure brand consistency across POSM, product packaging, and campaigns. Work closely with QA, legal, and design teams for packaging and compliance. Desired Candidate Profile: MBA/PGDM in Marketing from a reputed institute. 68 years of experience in FMCG/food or beverage industry (experience in Desi drinks is a strong advantage). Strong expertise in category management, product innovation, and digital marketing. Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
