Position Summary: We are seeking a Clearing and Forwarding (C&F) Executive to manage airport-based customs clearance and freight forwarding operations. This role requires close coordination with customs officials, CHA teams, transporters, and clients to ensure timely clearance, compliance, and smooth movement of air cargo. Key Responsibilities: Handle customs clearance for import/export shipments at the airport cargo terminal Prepare and verify required documents (Airway Bill, Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Entry, Shipping Bill) Liaise with Customs House Agents (CHA), customs officials, ground handling agents, airlines, and transporters Coordinate the collection and delivery of cargo from/to the airport Ensure timely payment of duties, taxes, and port/airport charges Maintain accurate records of clearance activities and submit periodic reports Ensure compliance with customs, airport security, and regulatory requirements Address and resolve any clearance or forwarding issues or delays Key Requirements: Graduate or relevant diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, or related fields 04 years of experience in clearing, forwarding, customs, or air freight operations Familiarity with customs clearance procedures at airports (especially air cargo terminals) Knowledge of documentation, HS codes, Incoterms, and airport cargo handling processes Strong coordination and communication skills Attention to detail and ability to handle documentation accurately under deadlines Possession of a valid G Card (Customs pass) is a added advantage Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software/tools Preferred Skills: Experience working with CHA firms, freight forwarders, or air cargo handlers Familiarity with Chennai International Airport cargo operations Understanding of bonded warehouse and transshipment processes

You are urgently required to join a well-established MNC headquartered in South Korea for the CHA department. The available positions are CHA Head/Manager/Assistant Manager (CHA). The ideal candidate should be a Graduate/Post Graduate with an additional qualification of G-card holder and possess 5-7 years of experience in CHA. There is no salary constraint for the suitable candidate. The job location is in Gurugram with a 5-day working schedule, including working on the 1st and 3rd Saturday from 9.30 am to 1.30 pm. Your responsibilities will include having a customs G Category pass and a comprehensive understanding of CHA activities. You must be well-versed in CHA documentation for all types of export/import schemes such as Advance Licence, RODTEP, 100% EOU, SEZ, Bond/ex-bond, etc. It is essential to have in-depth knowledge of customs policies, notifications, and the current rules & procedures of customs. Co-ordination with suppliers for production status.Co-ordination with suppliers, shipping co.., Inspection Agencies, etc Follow up for original documents with Indentor / Shipper / Bank Import Bill Payment Month wise Record Bank Docs preparation for acceptance Booking of FCL shipment with freight forwarders Import and export documentation. Managing the entire Import & Export operations i.e. Import & export documentation Managing the entire export operations i.e. documentation,. Organizing Meeting for product purchasing, quality, packing, vessel schedule arrangement. Tracking of arrival shipments daily. Follow up with Exporter for documents & Checking with the same Sending documents with CHA for sending such documents filling checklist ,Duty payments, Expenses payment to shipping lines. Organize Survey if found any quality issues. Education : - B.com, If any Extra Course will be highly appreciated. No fresher, Fluent in English
