Role Overview The HR Manager will oversee the full employee lifecyclemanaging recruitment, engagement, compliance, payroll, and strategic workforce planning. This role requires a deep understanding of HR in a manufacturing setup, strong compliance knowledge, and the ability to balance strategic initiatives with day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Lead end-to-end recruitment for production, QA/QC, R&D, maintenance, and corporate roles. Build talent pipelines through partnerships with local technical institutes, universities, and specialized recruiters. Enhance employer branding to attract skilled talent in the manufacturing and life sciences sectors. Employee Engagement & Development Design and implement plant-friendly engagement activities for both blue-collar and white-collar employees. Conduct training needs analysis and coordinate learning programs covering CGMP, safety protocols, and soft skills. Manage performance appraisals aligned to production KPIs, quality benchmarks, and compliance standards. Compliance & Policy Management Ensure 100% compliance with Indian labor laws, Gujarat state labor regulations, and CGMP guidelines. Maintain audit-ready HR documentation for internal and external inspections. Develop and enforce HR policies, handling grievances and disciplinary actions with fairness and confidentiality. Payroll & HR Operations Oversee payroll processing, including shift allowance, overtime, PF, ESIC, and professional tax deductions. Manage attendance and leave systems through HRMS and biometric solutions. Keep accurate and up-to-date employee records. Strategic HR Planning Partner with leadership for manpower forecasting, succession planning, and organizational design. Drive change management for new product lines, process automation, and export-driven business expansion. Recommend HR initiatives that improve retention, productivity, and compliance readiness. Requirements Bachelors or Masters in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 5-8 years in HR, including at least 3 years in a managerial role within manufacturing, FMCG, or life sciences. Strong knowledge of Factory Act, labor law compliance, PF/ESIC regulations, and CGMP HR practices. Proficiency in HRMS, MS Office, and payroll software. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills. High integrity in handling confidential information. Why Join Us? Competitive salary package.
