As a Probationer-HO Staff in the VTC Mfg - BVP department, you will be responsible for bacterial vaccine manufacturing processes including both drug substance upstream and downstream operations. In the upstream process, you will be involved in activities such as seed germination, fermenter operations, harvest, centrifugation, process performance qualification, and cleaning validation. It is crucial to work in compliance with cGMP facility standards and be prepared for regulatory audits. This role offers an opportunity to gain insights and experience in manufacturing bacterial toxoid vaccines like Typhoid, Tetanus, Diphtheria, Pertussis, and more. Similarly, in the drug substance downstream operations, your responsibilities will include downstream purification activities such as cell lysis, homogenization, TFF, chromatography, centrifugation, sterile filtration, process performance qualification, and cleaning validation. Adherence to cGMP facility requirements and readiness for regulatory audits are essential. This position also provides a chance to delve into bacterial toxoid vaccine manufacturing and purification processes for vaccines like Hepatitis, Tetanus, Diphtheria, Pertussis, among others. Furthermore, within the LVP department, your tasks will involve cell revival, subculture, cell counting, preparation of cell culture media and in-process buffers, handling of TCFs, as well as the creation of SOPs and documentation related to cell culture. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and a strong focus on maintaining quality standards throughout the manufacturing processes.,
