Your contribution: Conduct penetration testing on applications, networks, and systems to identify vulnerabilities and provide actionable recommendations for improvement. Maintain compliance with security policies, legal regulations, and industry best practices to ensure a robust cybersecurity framework.\ What you bring: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field, along with proven experience as an ethical hacker (m/f/d) or penetration tester (m/f/d) (HackerOne or Integrity Score preferred) Relevant certifications such as Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP), or Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP) Proficiency in security testing tools (e.g. Metasploit, Wireshark, Burp Suite, Nmap) and strong knowledge of networking protocols, operating systems, and web applications. This is a 3 months contract role with the potential to convert to full time position based on exceptional performance. The ideal candidate should be available to join Immediately and will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and closing top talent across various functions. Required Profile: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in technical hiring. Strong understanding of technical roles and terminology (e.g., developers, testers, DevOps, etc.).
