The ideal candidate for this position should have 0-3 years of experience and be a graduate in any field. Experience in editing advertisements and proficiency in video editing software is a plus. Knowledge of effects, Maya, or any other animation software is desirable. The candidate should have a command of all aspects of post-production, including editing, CGI/VFX, color grading, compositing, green screen, retouching, format conversion, encoding, sound production, and sound recording. An enthusiasm to acquire new skills and adapt to a rapidly changing environment is essential. The candidate should be able to work productively with minimal supervision, maintain a high standard of work within scheduled constraints, and realistically schedule their own tasks.
