Were seeking a highly creative Senior Motion Graphic Designer with 5+ years of experience in motion design, animation, and video production. This role blends strong design skills with hands-on video production - from concept through delivery of short-form content like reels, explainers, and branded videos. Key Responsibilities: Create and animate high-impact motion graphics for digital campaigns, product promos, and brand storytelling. Lead in-house production of short-form videos, including filming, directing shoots, and handling lighting and sound. Collaborate with creative, marketing, and content teams to develop visual storytelling ideas. Edit and composite videos using Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro. Ensure brand consistency across all visual content. Stay ahead of design, video, and social media trends. Required Skills: 5+ years professional experience in motion graphics, animation, and video editing. Strong portfolio showcasing 2D motion graphics and video projects. Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop) Experience with video production equipment (cameras, lighting, audio) Knowledge of 3D software (Maya, Cinema 4D, 3ds Max) and CGI animation a plus. Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
