CFO&EV - Japanese Bilingual

As a Japanese Bilingual Senior Manager/Manager/Consultant/Analyst at Accenture Strategy and Consulting, you will have the opportunity to work on transformative projects with key C-suite stakeholders. You will be able to interact with clients to gather and evaluate business requirements, recommend best practices, and implement effective solutions. Your role will involve creating cost-effective operating models for clients, enabling new technology solutions, and driving deliverables. Additionally, you will work with leading global clients on system design, blueprinting, proof of concepts, and data modeling in Finance technology solutions in SAP. Key Responsibilities: - Interact with clients to gather and evaluate business requirements and recommend best practices for effective solutions. - Create cost-effective operating models and drive deliverables for clients. - Work with global clients on system design, blueprinting, proof of concepts, and data modeling in Finance technology solutions in SAP. - Lead project delivery of Finance module/application design, blueprint, solutioning, modeling, and proof-of-concept development. - Provide insightful recommendations based on robust analysis and extensive knowledge and experience across SAP System Integration projects. Qualifications Required: - Strong bilingual proficiency in JLPT N3 or better - Ability to hold business conversations with Japan Leadership and Japanese Clients - Ability to generate deliverables in Japanese - Strong skillset in F&A Reporting and Analytics - Strong technical understanding of SAP S4HANA (Mandatory), SAP FI-CO (Preferable), SAP BW, BI, BO, SAC, SF, etc. (Preferable) - Experience working on S4HANA, SAP FICO/PS, and Finance Technology relevant projects - Good analytical and problem-solving skills with a quick aptitude to learn - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills - Cross-cultural competence to thrive in a dynamic consulting environment About Accenture: Accenture is a leading global professional services company that provides services and solutions in strategy, consulting, digital, technology, and operations.
