We are seeking a highly motivated Project Engineer / Sr. Project Engineer - CAE with 1 to 3 years of experience, specializing in CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics). The ideal candidate will possess an M.E./M.Tech in Thermal and Fluid Engineering, IC Engine, Automobile Engineering, Energy System Engineering, or Heat/Power Engineering, with CFD as a major course from a reputed University or College. This role demands strong proficiency in Ansys Fluent for CFD modeling. Your primary responsibilities will include setting up complex CFD models for various thermal and fluid engineering applications, including but not limited to, fluid flow analysis, heat transfer simulations, and potentially combustion modeling. You will be responsible for meshing, applying appropriate boundary conditions, running simulations, and post-processing results. A key aspect of this role is the ability to thoroughly interpret complex flow phenomena, validate simulation results against experimental data (where available), and provide data-driven insights for design optimization. Proficiency in Spaceclaim for geometry preparation and simplification is also highly valued. You will collaborate closely with design and testing teams to integrate simulation feedback into the product development cycle, ensuring that designs meet performance and efficiency targets.
