As a Vehicle Thermal Management and EV CFD Simulation Engineer, you will be responsible for preparing 1D/3D CFD models for battery and e-axle flow/thermal management, cooling systems, and subsystems. Your role will involve applying basic loading and boundary conditions for analysis, performing post-processing, result analysis, discussions with designers, and detailed report preparation. You will also interact with design and testing teams to execute CFD analysis of EV components and suggest countermeasures. To qualify for this position, you must have a B.E./B.Tech degree, with an M.E./M.Tech degree being desirable. You should have a minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 3 years of experience, with an age limit between 24 and 26 years. Technical competency requirements include hands-on experience with tools such as Star CCM+, Particle Works, and GT-Suite, as well as a basic understanding of CFD methods and processes. Additionally, knowledge of EV vehicle systems, cooling, HVAC systems, and subsystems is essential. In terms of behavioral competencies, strong communication and presentation skills, problem-solving abilities, an achievement-oriented mindset, teamwork skills, learnability, and networking capabilities are important for success in this role.,
