Additional Comments We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Scrum Master to lead and facilitate our DevOps, SRE, and First Responder team. This team is responsible for ensuring the stability, reliability, and performance of our critical systems and services, as well as providing rapid response to incidents and maintaining a continuous improvement mindset. Responsibilities Facilitate Scrum events (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective) in a way that encourages participation, decision-making, and continuous improvement. Qualifications: Required: 6+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in a technical environment. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
