As a Chemical Engineer with 0-1 years of experience, you will be responsible for being aware of basic MSW/Bio-mining processes, water and wastewater treatment processes such as STP, ETP, CETP, ZLD, etc., along with their standard guidelines. You will assist in the process design of environmental projects involving STP, CETP, ZLD, MSW processing, and Bio-mining technologies. Additionally, you should be able to read drawings, P&ID, and other relevant documents. Your role will involve daily monitoring of operational activities at various sites, as well as thorough documentation and record-keeping in compliance with the specified requirements. You will also be required to conduct site visits for data collection as necessary and coordinate with external agencies for EFF and other analyses, demonstrating knowledge of laboratory procedures. This is a full-time, permanent position suitable for freshers with benefits including cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, internet reimbursement, leave encashment, paid sick time, paid time off, and provident fund. The work schedule may vary between day shifts, fixed shifts, Monday to Friday, and rotational shifts. There are performance bonuses and yearly bonuses offered as well. We are looking for candidates with specific experience levels: For BSc / Diploma holders, a minimum of 8+ years of experience in STP, ETP, WTP, or CETP operations is required. For BE / BTech graduates, a minimum of 5+ years of experience in STP, ETP, WTP, or CETP operations is required. As a Shift In-Charge, your responsibilities will include: Supervising end-to-end shift operations and managing manpower for various facilities such as STP, ETP, WTP, RO, Ultrafiltration, and CETP. Efficiently managing staff shifts to ensure optimal coverage and performance across treatment plants. Monitoring critical plant parameters to ensure strict adherence to environmental and regulatory compliance. Operating and maintaining key equipment including pumps, blowers, clarifiers, filters, dosing systems, and membrane-based systems like RO and Ultrafiltration. Maintaining accurate operational logs, shift reports, and incident documentation. Coordinating with laboratory teams for sampling, testing, and analysis. Leading and guiding plant operators and support staff for smooth shift operations. Enforcing safety protocols, troubleshooting operational issues, and ensuring seamless shift handovers. To be successful in this role, you should have: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience for BE/BTech and 8 years for Diploma/BSc in water/wastewater treatment. Strong understanding of treatment processes and plant equipment. Experience in team leadership and shift handling. To coordinate with Government officers like GPCB/CPCB. Maintaining ETP processing records on day to day basis & mantating ETP Operation. To coordinate with CETP, GPCB, TSDF site, incinareble waste site and other related agencies regarding environmental problems. Prepare & Review environmental regulations and recommendation reports and monitor progress of certain environmental research programs. To give training to plant personnel on critical process parameters, material handling, MSDS for all chemicals and continuously monitoring their learning. To ensure that personnel working in the plant practice good sanitation, hygiene, and always use personal protective equipments, clean uniforms while carrying out operations. To release work permits for any project / maintenance activity likely to affect safety of the perations and plant. To ensure that incident/accidents reported to safety department. Preferred candidate profile: Masters degree in Civil/Construction/ Engineering/ Infrastructure Management or Construction Management equivalent. Minimum 20 years of progressively senior Infrastructure engineering experience in the implementation of infrastructure projects with core focus on roads, drainage, sewerage, power, solid waste Management, CETP/STP, WTP etc. Project management professional or a similar certification from a relevant recognized international / national body or institution Experience in at least 1 Programmes in leadership capacity of similar Experience

Qualification : o B.E./B.Tech in Chemical / Environmental / Civil Engg. Exp.: o Min15 yrs in waste treatment & disposal operations. o Proven experience in Incinerator and MEE operations o Exposure to Spray Dryer, CETP, and Landfill operations.
