Job Overview In the travel consultant role, you will research domestic and international places of interest. You will book travel arrangements and collect payments from customers. Success in this position will be demonstrated by the effective execution of each customer’s travel plans. Job Responsibilities 🌍 Assist clients in planning domestic and international trips based on their preferences •🛫 Provide information on destinations, flights, accommodation, and tour packages •📞 Respond to client inquiries and offer expert travel advice •💳 Assist with travel documentation, including visas, passports, and insurance •🗣️ Maintain client relationships and ensure excellent customer service •📅 Keep track of client itineraries and offer updates on any changes •🔒 Ensure confidentiality and adherence to company policies Skills and Qualifications •📅 Minimum 6 month of experience in travel consultancy or a related field •✍ Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) •💻 Proficient in travel management software and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) •🌍 Strong knowledge of global destinations and travel trends •🔐 Ability to handle confidential information
