We bring disciplined underwriting and thoughtful structuring to every opportunity we pursue. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Investment Analyst located in Mumbai. The Investment Analyst will be responsible for conducting detailed financial analysis, developing financial models, and supporting portfolio management. Day-to-day tasks include researching investment opportunities, analyzing market trends, and preparing investment reports. The role requires close collaboration with other team members to evaluate and execute real estate investment opportunities. Qualifications Strong skills in Investments and Portfolio Management Excellent Analytical Skills and Finance knowledge Proficiency in Financial Modeling Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field MBA, CFA, or progress toward CFA designation is a plus Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment
