Certified Swimming Coach

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Certified Swimming Coach to provide training, supervision, and motivation to students/participants of all age groups. The coach will be responsible for teaching swimming techniques, ensuring safety, and helping individuals improve their skills and confidence in the water.

2. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct swimming training sessions for beginners to advanced levels.
• Teach proper swimming techniques, breathing methods, stroke correction & water safety.
• Develop structured training plans based on participant age and skill level.
• Monitor swimmers’ progress and provide feedback for improvement.
• Ensure strict safety protocols and supervise swimmers at all times.
• Conduct warm-up, cool-down & fitness routines related to swimming.
• Maintain pool hygiene and check equipment regularly.
• Prepare swimmers for competitions (if applicable).
• Coordinate with management for scheduling & events.

3. Qualifications & Requirements

• Certified Swimming Coach / Lifeguard training preferred.
• Strong knowledge of swimming strokes, techniques, and endurance training.
• Ability to manage groups of children and adults.
• Excellent communication & motivational skills.
• Physically fit and capable of performing demonstrations.
• First-aid and CPR certification (preferred).
• Experience as a competitive swimmer (added advantage).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
