As a Sales Manager - Residential, your responsibilities will include: - Establishing and nurturing a dealer network within the residential AV sector, including dealers, AV system integrators, and automation integrators. - Developing relationships with key architects to facilitate direct project acquisition. - Building a network of high-end retail dealers to promote our products. - Creating and managing a profitable dealer network while focusing on brand-specific dealers. - Meeting the brand-wise targets set by the management team. - Identifying and organizing training sessions for system integrator teams and dealers. Desirable qualifications and skills for this role include: - Proficiency in technical specifications. - Certification in HAA, THX, or DOLBY. - Training in negotiation and customer relationship management. - Preferred background in industries like high-end kitchens, furniture, lighting, or integration companies.
