Job Summary: The Machine operator is responsible for operating and maintaining the machinery used in the production, mixing, freezing, and packaging of ice cream. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow safety guidelines to prevent accidents. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate , including machine performance, production data, and downtime records. Document any issues that occur during the production process, including machine malfunctions or quality control problems. Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and supervisors to resolve issues and ensure continuous, efficient production. Communicate machine-related issues to the maintenance team for quick resolution. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (technical training or certification in machinery operation or maintenance is a plus).
