The role involves owning hardware designs from the early requirements stage through to production. Responsibilities include gathering and documenting requirements, designing architectures to meet requirements, capturing and reviewing schematics, collaborating with the layout team, optimizing the Bill of Materials (BoM), prototyping, debugging, and bringing up interfaces, and conducting electrical validation of signals. Mandatory Skills: - Proficiency in professional schematic design tools like Altium Designer and Orcad. - Experience with lab equipment such as DMM and DSO. - Strong expertise in taking projects from the requirements stage to prototyping. - Robust circuit design and debugging skills (e.g., Opamp, Logic Gates, ADC, UART, I2C, SPI). - Expertise in Audio Domain. - Leadership and teamwork capabilities. - Strong communication and documentation skills. Nice-to-Have Skills: - RF design, analog design, and thermal design expertise. - Familiarity with simulation tools and SCM coordination. - Experience with customer interaction and production orders. - Soldering skills for reworks. - FPGA and high-speed design skills. - Certification experience (FCC, CE, UL).,
