Description Purpose of role: Mid-level leadership role in Service Management. Maintain excellent service uptime levels for both external services for clients and internal high impacting tools. Maintain Engineers and architects within the team and provide higher management with a clear high level overview of the teams activities and progress. Seniority is based on years of experience, knowledge and skill-set. This role is also hands-on in day-to-day operations of the team.
