Ceros Designer

You are a creative and detail-oriented Ceros Designer who is tech-savvy and passionate about brand expression and digital storytelling. You will be joining the growing Brand & Creative team in a mid-level role where you will design and build high-impact interactive content experiences using Ceros. From digital brochures and infographics to landing pages and editorial storytelling, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling content that brings the brand to life in bold and dynamic ways. Collaboration with writers, marketers, and designers is key to ensure alignment on tone, layout, and visual direction. As a Ceros Designer at Persistent Ltd. in Pune, with 4-8 years of experience, you will translate creative briefs into interactive designs, design layouts, create custom animations, and build user experiences to enhance storytelling and drive engagement. It is important to optimize assets for performance, responsiveness, and cross-device compatibility, while adhering to brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and performance best practices. Your expertise in design with a strong portfolio showcasing interactive work in Ceros will be crucial. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, experience in working with marketing teams, and a high bar for craft and execution are essential. Designing for B2B, tech, or professional services audiences and familiarity with UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility will be advantageous. You will also be involved in content innovation, contributing ideas for new interactive formats, and staying current on design and interactivity trends to continuously improve the quality of work. Process and documentation play a key role in maintaining version control, collaborating with project managers to meet deadlines, and documenting templates and workflows for future work.
