CEROS Design Expert

You have an exciting opportunity to work for a leading global B2B SaaS brand as a Content Writer at their Creative Lab in India. As part of a unified team, you will drive global demand generation through dedicated content creation, design, video production, mar-tech, and research. Your role will involve collaborating with the marketing team and stakeholders to create high-quality customer content and innovate new forms of content and assets. Key Responsibilities: - Conceptualize and design interactive experiences that convey complex product stories in engaging narratives. - Collaborate with creative strategy, UX, and content teams to develop experiences combining visual design, motion, and interactivity. - Create prototypes and animations showcasing interactivity, transitions, and micro-experiences for storytelling. - Build reusable modules and templates in alignment with Adobes design system and brand standards. - Contribute to Figma libraries and interactive storyboard systems, connecting motion and UX patterns. - Document best practices and guidelines for scalable interactive content creation. - Experiment with AI-powered features, 3D, and motion assets to enhance interactive campaigns. - Collaborate with developers to test new interactive formats for marquee events and websites. - Work closely with design leads, motion designers, and strategists to deliver interactive solutions for campaigns and presentations. - Support teams with adaptations and localization of interactive experiences. - Present concepts and prototypes to stakeholders, explaining the strategic and technical thinking behind designs. Qualifications: - 4-7 years of experience in interactive design, digital storytelling, or marketing design. - Hands-on expertise in Ceros is preferred with a proven portfolio of interactive experiences. - Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects). - Strong understanding of UX patterns, motion design, and narrative flow in digital interfaces. - Experience with enterprise brands or large-scale marketing campaigns is preferred. Preferred Attributes: - Strategic mindset with a focus on experimentation and storytelling. - Curiosity in emerging technologies like GenAI, 3D, motion graphics, and interactive prototyping. - Ability to balance aesthetic craft with functional interactivity. - Strong communication and collaboration skills in fast-paced, cross-disciplinary teams.
