Key Responsibilities: Follow up on unpaid claims with insurance payers and patients to ensure timely collections. Investigate and resolve claim denials, underpayments, and other AR discrepancies. Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits to support accurate billing. Post payments and adjustments to patient accounts in RCM systems. Collaborate with billing and coding teams to address AR-related issues. Ensure compliance with HIPAA and payer-specific guidelines.
