We work with both distributors/dealers and manufacturers by supplying raw materials and offering OEM services to customize nutrients, logos, labeling, and packaging to meet specific requirements. Our MOQ(minimum order quantity) is only 20 tons.(Open to all qualified applicants around the globe) Key Responsibilities Develop and expand relationships with dealers and distributors in the assigned territory. Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback. Facilitate smooth and timely communication between distributors, dealers, and Ceres Agri-Tech. Support sales growth through market insights, promotional initiatives, and customer engagement. Represent the company with professionalism and commitment to customer success. Qualifications Proven experience in fertilizer, agrochemicals, or agricultural inputs sales. Strong communication and negotiation skills with a dealer/distributor development background. Ability to analyze markets and provide actionable insights. Self-driven, results-oriented, and willing to travel within the assigned area.
