The Logistics Analyst will be responsible for managing inventory control, analyzing key performance indicators, ensuring efficient customer service, and optimizing inventory management on a daily basis. Role Snapshot Title: Appointment Setter (Remote, Full-Time) Location: Anywhere (work from anywhere) North Star Metric: Qualified Appointments Booked (QAB) with ICP decision-makers ICP Examples: Sustainability Heads, Purchase/SCM Managers, Plant Heads, Operations/ESG Leaders at mid-to-large enterprises and municipalities What counts as a QAB? A meeting that is (a) booked on calendar with Zoom/Meet link, (b) with a decision-maker/influencer from our ICP, (c) for one of our offers, (d) confirmed by prospect and shows up (or rescheduled with confirmation). What You’ll Do Run multi-channel outbound (calls, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn) to book meetings for our Sales Closers. Follow proven scripts & cadences ; personalize intros using quick research (company, role, recent news). Qualify prospects at a light level (need, role, timeline, volume/fit) and lock slots on the team calendar. Confirm & re-confirm (reminders, no-show recovery, reschedules) to maximize show rates. Keep CRM hygiene pristine (notes, call outcomes, next steps, tags) and hit daily activity targets. Coordinate with Marketing on lead magnets & webinar invites to warm up accounts. Share voice-of-prospect insights to sharpen scripts, ICP lists, and offers. Toolstack You’ll Use Zoho CRM, Google Workspace, Calendly, LinkedIn, Apollo/Instantly, WhatsApp, basic spreadsheets. (Training provided.) What You’ll Bring 1–3 years in appointment setting / SDR / tele-calling (B2B preferred). Climate/waste/SaaS background is a plus. Confident spoken English + one Indian language (Hindi/Tamil/Kannada/Telugu a plus). High activity, coachable, resilient; you love targets and leaderboards . Clear written communication (short, direct, mistake-free). Comfortable working IST hours with some overlap for other time zones. Success Metrics (Targets & Quality) 30 Days: Learn playbooks, book 30–45 QABs/month ; 55–60% show rate . 60 Days: Book 60–80 QABs/month ; 60–65% show rate ; <10% “wrong ICP.” 90 Days (Top Performance): 90–120 QABs/month , 65–70% show rate ; consistent calendar fill. Activity Guardrails: 12–15 quality conversations/day; 8–12% lead→ booking; strong follow-ups.
