Product- Refarctory & Steel aluminium industries Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, building client relationships, and driving business growth through marketing initiatives and effective sales strategies. Key Responsibilities: Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through various channels (cold calling, networking, digital marketing, etc.) Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets Handle end-to-end sales cycle: pitching, negotiation, and closing deals Coordinate with the marketing team to run campaigns that support lead generation and brand building Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support pricing and positioning decisions Participate in trade shows, conferences, and promotional events as needed Key Skills & Requirements: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field 2-5 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales or marketing roles Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
