Marketing Materials: Distribute marketing collateral, such as brochures, catalogs, samples, and point-of-sale materials, to support dealer and builder marketing efforts. Reporting: Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities and dealer/builder engagement, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Job Description: Sales & Marketing Executive is responsible for promoting the company’s tile & Sanitarywares products, increasing market presence, and achieving sales targets through regular visits to dealers, distributors, and retail partners. The role involves building strong relationships, providing product training, ensuring proper display of products, and identifying new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities 1. Dealer Visits & Relationship Management Visit existing dealers regularly to maintain strong relationships. Understand dealer needs, address concerns, and provide product support. Collect market feedback on product demand, customer preferences, and competitor activities. Ensure dealer satisfaction and improve order frequency. 2. Product Promotion & Marketing Introduce new tile products, designs, finishes, and sizes to dealers. Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and display setups. Ensure proper branding and visibility of company products at dealer stores. Share marketing materials such as brochures, samples, catalogs, and digital content. 3. Sales & Target Achievement Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Generate new orders from dealers and expand business volume.
