Job Description: Quality Control Incharge Our Company is looking for Quality Control Incharge. Company Description: Ceramat Private Limited is a specialized manufacturer and supplier of nano hydroxyapatite and thermal spray grade hydroxyapatite. Responsibilities: · Knowledge / operation of XRD . Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes. · Devise and review specifications for products or processes Set requirements for raw material or intermediate products for suppliers and monitor their compliance. · Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines as well as legal obligations. · Supervise inspectors, technicians, and other staff and provide guidance and feedback. · Oversee all product development procedures to identify deviations from quality standards. · Inspect final output and compare properties to requirements. · Keep accurate documentation and perform statistical analysis. · Solicit feedback from customers to assess whether their requirements are met. · Submit detailed reports to appropriate executives. · Be on the lookout for opportunities for improvement and develop new efficient procedures. · Coordinates the relevant Tracking Systems for the correct identification of materials. · Devising and reviewing specifications for products or processes. Supervises the Quality Control functions/activities of a project or its parts, including Quality Control inspection schedules and the collection of Quality Records. · Assesses the implementation of the Quality Plan and Quality Control Plans on the site. Perform the gap analysis and address the observation with effective CAPA. Handling OOS and OOT. Preparation of Audit compliance report and effective implementation of same. Handle the training in the QC Department. · To conduct analysis and testing of RM/PM/FG/actives and intermediates with the help of analytical instruments and techniques. Understanding the Requirements of ISO 13485:2016 (MDQMS) Experience: 4 to 5 years experience Minimum Qualifications: M.Sc./ M. Pharma / B.Tech/ M.
