Job Title: Tailor (Raxine/Leather Specialist) Location: Delhi [Pin Code: 110008] Job Type: Both (Full-time / Part-time Experience Required: Minimum 2-3 Years. Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Tailor with expertise in working with Raxine (Artificial leather), genuine leather, and similar heavy fabrics. The candidate should be proficient in sizing, cutting, sewing, and stitching materials to create high-quality upholstery, covers or customized products. Key Responsibilities: Measure, mark, cut, and stitch raxine/leather materials according to design specifications. Operate industrial and heavy-duty sewing machines suited for raxine/leather work. Ensure accuracy in fitting, finishing, and durability of stitched products. Repair, alter, or restitch damaged items as required. Work closely with the production/design team to develop customized items. Maintain cleanliness, safety, and efficiency in the tailoring workspace. Requirements: Proven experience in tailoring with raxine, leather, or upholstery materials. Strong knowledge of different stitching techniques (double stitch, piping, binding, etc.). Ability to read patterns, drawings, or instructions and convert them into finished products. Skilled in handling heavy-duty sewing tools and machines. Attention to detail, precision, and quality workmanship. Physically fit to handle thick materials and long hours of manual work. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in automotive seat covers, sofa upholstery, bags, or leather goods. Knowledge of material handling and storage for raxine/leather.
