Medical Representative (MR) - Job Description A Medical Representative (MR) is a key link between pharmaceutical companies and healthcare professionals. Their primary role is to promote and sell their company's medicines, products, or medical equipment to doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare institutions. Key Responsibilities: Product Promotion: Meet doctors and pharmacists to promote products, explain benefits, usage, and side effects. Sales Achievement: Achieve assigned sales targets within the designated territory. Market Research: Stay updated with competitor products, industry trends, and customer needs. Reporting: Maintain records of daily visits, sales, and feedback; report to area or regional managers. Product Knowledge: Stay well-informed about the company’s product line, scientific research, and new launches. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain positive working relationships with medical staff and support team members. Skills Required: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Persuasive and confident personality Good knowledge of medical terminology and products Self-motivated and target-driven Willingness to travel extensively Eligibility: Minimum qualification: Graduate (preferably in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related fields) Previous sales experience in pharma is preferred but not mandatory Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Work Location: In person
