Qualification: Any Degree.

Experience: 10 to 15 years

Roles and Responsibilities:

Strategic leadership: Developing and implementing strategic plans for a media company.

Operational oversight: Overseeing the creation and distribution of media content across various platforms.

Financial management: Managing the budget and financial performance of a company.

Team management: Managing and leading teams of employees in various departments, such as marketing, production, and sales.

External relations: Establishing and nurturing connections with significant individuals such as sponsors and financiers.

Industry expertise: Keeping track of industry trends and advancements to maintain a company's competitiveness.

Risk management: Upholding legal and ethical standards in all areas of a company's operations

Experience: Extensive experience in media-related fields, including a strong background in management, marketing or content production.

Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Communication: Exceptional communication skills, including public speaking, persuasion, and the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively.

Strategic thinking: Strong ability to analyse and make strategic decisions.
