Leadership in Automation or Engineering: • Strong background in leading technology-driven companies or projects, ideally within automation, manufacturing, or electrical industries. 3. Financial Acumen: • Experience in managing company finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning. 4. Industry Knowledge: • In-depth knowledge of industrial automation, manufacturing processes, electrical products, and distribution networks. 5. Project Management: • Experience in overseeing large-scale automation projects from concept through execution. 6.
