Achieve and maintain Overall Satisfaction Score (OSS) goals of 4.5 and above / 5 Regular interaction with Guests and seek positive feedback Encourage Guests to provide online feedback Encourage staff to seek positive guest feedback though online portals Maintenance and Management Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Oversee daily operations of the hotel. Achieve satisfactory results on internal audits and Controls Self-Assessment (CSA) Proactive Maintenance and management of the property. Frequent Audit of Rooms, Staff Areas, Back office and Non business areas. Maintain Logs, FIFO of Materials, Inventory management, Stock Keeping and Timely ordering of amenities Designing of department based SOPs, SLAs and Diligent adhering and execution Crisis and Incident Reporting and management Checks on Overall Security Checks followed by the proper SOP for Security of the hotel with due diligence . Sales and Marketing Develop and implement Sales and Marketing strategies to increase occupancy and revenue. Monitor and Achieve desirable Occupancy of the Hotel Regular Interaction with Revenue Management Team and monitor Dynamic pricing basis Occupancy, forecasting and neighbouring Comp Set Manage budgets, financial plans, and expenditure control. Develop and monitor the performance of financial and operational plans/budgets and sales and marketing plans for the hotel which support the overall objectives of the corporation. Regular Corporate Client Visits and New Relationship building through cold calling and Physical visits. Business, Reports and Controls Create, monitor, and review a variety of business reports such as sales reports, Occupancy reports, Inventory/ Stock reports, budget reports, maintenance reports, check in and checkout reports. Achieve satisfactory results on internal audits and Controls Self-Assessment (CSA) Meet or exceed Gross Operating Profit (GOP) through goals Ensure that food and beverage pax coordination, monitoring and planning with the F&B team along with the cost effective management for food and beverage Daily Team briefing and regular reviews with management to ensure strict controls. Online Monitoring Learn and Train flawless online booking and reservation management. Regular interaction with Revenue Management team (Revmerito) on pricing and various OTA promotional strategies Monitoring and measuring success on Promotional Strategies Preferred candidate profile Candidate with 3-5 years of experience as General manager is mandatory. He is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the hotel operations, including Guest services, Front office, House Keeping, Property Management, Property Maintenance, Human resources, Financial Controls, Procurement, Indenting, Sales and marketing initiatives, Healthy Occupancies, over all Administration, Branding Initiatives, Guest Interactions, General Upkeep and strict Security Measures.
