Job Profile - We Are Looking for The Centre Director is responsible for overseeing all aspects of mall management including but not limited to leasing and tenant relations, business planning and financial management, facilities and operational management and control of all maintenance, inspection and safety functions. Location - Bangalore ( Yelahanka ) Key Responsibility: 1. Prepare, review and adjust financial budgets, systems and processes and monitor performance against budget EBIDTA Achievement Overall gross profit achievement based on controlling top line and bottom line. Accounts Receivable Collections of outstanding from retailers Variance to budgeted CAM cost – Expense to be under control as per the target set at the beginning of year Shoppers per year – Achieve the targeted shoppers count for the year Total consumption of the centre – Achieve the targeted consumption for the year 2. Oversee the mall operations Wish list of retail brands – Prepare a list of brands which will be replace the non performing brands Score achieved in various audits - Ensure achievement of high score in various audits - Legal, Internal Audit, Process Audit etc. Ensure that total negative remarks are less than 15% of the total remarks Preparation and development of marketing and annual event plans/calendar Follow legal procedures with respect to mall operations and tenant interactions 3. Client Management Resolves complaints and demands of tenants and work to remove the causes of the complaint and respond to their requests within the legal and contractual obligations Develop and maintain a long term beneficial relationship with all existing tenants and retail groups to ensure continued and future business 4. Team Management Coach and mentor the team members Delegate work and provide direction Sets objectives/ goals for team members and evaluates their performance Identify gaps and develop the required competency of team members either by formal or informal training including role enhancement, job rotation Conduct regular team meetings to guide team members on departmental issues in order to build a high performing and motivated team Interested candidates kindly share your resume on nishas@smart-source.in Regards, Nisha Singh Smart Source
